Thanksgiving week Chris and I headed down to my home town of St.George. We were able to enjoy and attend many special occasions. Wednesday I helped Mom make 12 pies. You name a pie and we made it, well with the exception on Pecan Pie. (Too sweet for this family) Thursday (Thanksgiving day) we finished getting the big feast ready and headed to my Uncle's house. I was truly great time. We had dinner with my Grandma and several of my Aunts and Uncle and their grown up kids. (some, I hadn't seen in like 5 years or more.) Friday morning Dave, Dad and I went to the horses and moved about 80 120lb bales of hay from one side of the barn to another. (Glad we could help the Papa). After that we had family pictures done at Uncle Andy's house.(here are some of the examples of what was taken.) Friday night we spent the evening going through the temple with my sister's hubby Brandon. Saturday morning we went to the temple again for Rachel and Brandon. They got sealed together along with their two kids. Nathan and Brynna. Very special moment for the family. You could feel the spirit so strong. I love that feeling. Mekelle , Serenity and I went horse back riding after the luncheon we had for the Doyles special day. Sunday we headed home early before we could see Brynna be blessed. We decided it was going to be too late if we left after, I had to be back to work on Monday and Chris had class.
So as you can tell we had a very busy, yet wonderful week. I love the holidays.

Enjoy the pictures of the weekend!

Cornwell Girls

I love these two people.
They are the greatest parents a girl could ever get.

The whole Cornwell Gang.
(the last time we had a family picture take,
Rachel and Dave were not married and there was not a single grandkids in sight)

I love this woman. She is such a great example.
I hope I am half the woman she is.

Chris and I

Here is Grandma looking ever so good.
I love my Grandma. Only wish I could see her more often.
So Dad and I are smitten by Brynna. Can you tell?

Sassy is such a smooth ride. I love it!

I haven't lost all of my skills yet.
Wahoo. Giddy Up Cowgirl!

I look good on a horse. Boy I miss riding. By the way, I love this horse.
Me working with Sassy, to get some of her extra energy out before I put Rennie on with me.

Serenity and I making sure that Sassy would be okay to ride out side the arena.

Serenity and I strike a pose before we ride.
I love being an Aunt.

You are a good aunt -- I took that dress you gave Brynna back and got a smaller size since she doesn't have one -- and she was so so stinkin cute today -- Im going to take to have her pictures done in it. Thanks Stephie -- Hope you have a Happy Birthday!!!
