Friday afternoon we got Sheeza into the vet and they took a look at her little leg. They are very hopeful that she will be a completely normal, happy, rambunctious little filly. They gave her a dose of medicine that will help her to relax the back tendon of her leg, this will allow the foot to fall back into its normal position. We do have to take her in tomorrow for a second dose, but I feel like she is progressing beautifully. I could see a difference yesterday and today.
Also when the vet and all of his assistants saw her, they could not believe how pretty she was. They kept commenting on her and Sassie. I felt very proud that I have two beautiful horses, even though I had nothing to do with it.
Look at the color difference between her and her mom.

In this picture you can see her little catheter where she is administered her I-V of medicine to help her to relax her tendons.

Peek-a-boo!!! I see you!!!

Finally warming up to me after a couple of minutes in the pen.
