Thanksgiving Blizzard
Eleven years I have lived in Idaho and this will be my first blizzard in November. In my previous post, I had mentioned that we had great weather just a few weeks ago. Well that is all in the past. We have had 3 days of snow and now the National Weather Forecast has issued a blizzard, and they expect it to last until Wednesday. After the storms leave we are supposed to hit single digit highs and in the negatives for the lows. I am not sure we will make it to Boise for Thanksgiving, I am sad about that, but I would rather be alive than injured or dead because of an accident.

Yea, the blizzard is supposed to be in effect for most of Utah too - they said its the first time in history there has ever been this large of a blizzard warning for the state. Makes me glad that we chose to stay home this year. Sorry you might not make it to Boise.
Sad! Colum and i are suppose to go to his parents tomorrow! Hopefully we can still make it! Dang weather! :(
That is nuts! I can't believe the crazy that is your weather. I'm not that observant of the Vegas weather. All I know is you'd probably be wearing a swim suit while I'm completely bundled up.
