So our life has been somewhat boring as always but we had done a few things worth mentioning. I started school 2 weeks ago and starting the third week tomorrow. Chris has been staying busy working on the farm and making deliveries.
Two weeks ago we had little visitors for a week. Chris's sister and her hubby went away for the week and left their three cuties with us. I was busy with work and school so Chris had to pick up the slack. He was a mister mom for the week. He got them up every morning feed them and took them to school and ran them around to all of their activities. He was constantly going. So I am very grateful that he was so willing to that. While we had the kids, I took Brook, Taryn and Stephanie to see Tangled, while Chris and Johnnie stayed home to play the Wii. The movie was great, which I already knew because I had seen it for my birthday, but it was fun to listen to all three girls giggle and laugh. We had a great time.
Last weekend I left Chris home. Maggie and I headed down to Provo/Salt Lake City to celebrate Kelle's engagement with Mom, Andrea and Rachel. It was a girl weekend without any kids. Don't get me wrong, I love having my nieces and nephews around but it was fun to have just us older girls. We went shopping for a dress, by the way she looked great in everything that she tried on. Then we had a small bridal shower for her, thanks to Rachie and her hard work. She really knows how to through a party. It was a fast and furious weekend but it was so worth it to be with Kelle as she shopped for her exciting day and my sisters and mom. I love moments like those, they just don't happen as often as I would like.
