Mountain Views and Wildflowers
Tonight, I went and helped Chris get the stinkin' cows back onto our property up at the cabin. Chris got a phone call that the cows were out in the neighboring pastures. When we got there, we found that the guys gate that connects to our land (he has an easement on our land to get to his land) was horrible, completely falling apart. Duh, maybe if he would maintain his gates, the cows might have not gotten into his fields. So we used some of our portable panels and secured his gate. We had a few problems where a moose had ran through the fence so we were splicing the barbed wire, when we saw that those same cows were back into the same pasture we just moved them from. So we started the process all again, looking for the spot where they got out this time. As we drove up the hill to a corner of the property we noticed that another gate was down. Seriously, who takes down a gate and doesn't put it back up. I mean, I grew up in the city, but I am smart enough to know that you should always close a gate after you go through it. Come on people, wake up, there are cows everywhere. So while Chris and John herded the cows back in again, I was busy trying to put the fence back up, as I was doing such, the neighbor guy rode up on his quad. He was the moron that didn't put the gate back up when he went through it. This is the guy that had complained that the cows were in his fields. I swear he wants to have our cows on his grain because it is so pathetic and he wants to get some kind of $$ from John because he won't get much from selling it during harvest time. Seriously this grain looks like it was planted a few weeks ago, not the 2 1/2 months that it has been planted. So we get them back in for the second time and the guy has the nerve to tell me that we should have fixed the fence before bringing the cows up and all I could think of was why he had not worked on it since we share the same fence. He really ticked me off. As we were heading back down the hill we see the cows out for the 3rd time. At this point, I just wanted to get a gun and permanantly take care of these stupid, good for nothing cows. We get them in once again, let me remind you, this is the third time with in a couple of hours. We finally get all the fence fixed and head for home. The only bright part of the evening was spending time with Chris and seeing the beautiful wildflowers that were in full bloom. Here are a few of what was around us, the pictures don't do them justice since they were taken from my cell.

Sorry for all the Cow/Fence problems, but man o' man, it sure looks pretty. I must visit you.
I think you should have told him off...
