Berry Pickin'

Today Val and I went out on one of our adventures, we haven't had one of these in a very long time.

We went raspberry picking at the cutest farm. Totally envious that they have a super cute barn. I just love them, I can't help it.

 We got there around 9:30 and about 30 minutes into it we got poured on. We had to decide if we wanted to stick it out or just head home. Since Lucas was doing so well, we thought we would continue on once the rain stopped.

 

There are so many and still so many to come.

Just the beginning of the next few weeks.

 

 

We picked for about an hour and got so many great berries, but Lucas was beginning to get restless since we were approaching his nap time so we decided to call it quits and head for home. But we got several pints and we will be doing it again in a couple of weeks. Now to make raspberry jam. It's going to be so yummy.
