Dad & Mom come to visit
Over Valentine's Day weekend I was visited by the parents. They were brave enough to come to the arctic land. They came up Thursday night and were able to stay until Sunday. We had a great opprotunity to make a fun weekend. On Friday we were able to attend a session at the Idaho Falls Temple. It is always fun to go to the temple with my Mom and Dad. Friday night we stayed at my house and watched some movies, ate a steak dinner, thanks to Mom and Dad. Saturday we went snowmobiling. Dad & Mom got all decked out in their warm clothing. I had extra ski masks, goggles and gloves. Mom and Dad didn't think they would need the ski masks, but I knew better. I packed them with us anyway. We went snowmobiling up in the hills above my house. There is a lot of empty nothingness up there. So it makes it perfect to snowmobile. We got not even a 1/2 mile away from our start point and Mom asked me for the ski masks. I knew they would come in handy. We snowmobiled up to a local resevoir. Along the way we made a few pit stops. First being the yield sign, that we are higher than and the next is we found a snow drift that was 25 ft tall. It was frozen over like a wave. Truly amazing. The rest of the time on the sleds we just putted around and raced. We had a great time. I had no idea at the time, but it was Dad's first time snowmobling. We had a great time and can't wait to do it again.

Looks like tons of fun.. Maybe we can come up sometime and go with you all.
That does look like fun! Yes, you have way more snow than us, so I guess I wish spring for you more than for us and that is saying something! Love you!
