Chris and I turned our little VW bug in for a new car. Saturday we purchased an Oldsmobile Aurora. Chris and I were just looking, not serious about buying anything, but when we saw this car, we liked it, and so we took it out for a drive. We were considering it, but still not sure if we wanted to buy a new car. So right before we took the Aurora back to the lot, we had to pick our car up at Chris' Grandma's house. We were driving back , and had only gone about a block and half, when all of a sudden the stupid CHECK ENGINE light came on. That was it, the BUG was gone! Hence the new car.

This newer car has about 50,000 few miles on it, and it has four doors and a trunk. (I didn't like the bug because of that fact, I could barely put a 50lb bag of dog food in the back.) Hopefully we will not have to put as much money into this car as we did the first 6 months of owning the bug.
