Christmas vacation has been very nice an relaxing even though I was sick for 2 of the 3 weeks. With the extra time in the evenings I have fallen back in love with cooking. I didn't think I missed it, but the past few weeks I have enjoyed it, plus we have saved a ton of money from not eating out. What a concept, huh. I have made dinners that I have not made for a very long time, which are tasty and delicious,and a nice change from our regular meals, but they are also bad for the waste line. Good thing I go back to school in a few days.
