Perfect Day!

Today we had a very enjoyable day.  Where we played and got things accomplished, my favorite kind of days. Because it was so hot and our yard work needed some TLC we decided to play first and then work. How great is that. We took Luke up to Rexburg to play on the Carousel and at the water park, though he didn't have as much fun as we thought he would at the water park, so we left soon after. I even tried going through the fountains to see if he would eventually play, especially since it is so not like him.
After the park, we headed home and started on the yard. We mowed, trimmed, racked and pulled weeds and the best part of it was giving Lucas a ride in the wheelbarrow with the grass clippings. It brought back so many memories I had of riding in my grandpa's grass filled wheelbarrow.

The yard was finished and the last thing I wanted to do was go into the house on this perfect evening, so the whole crew laid on the trampoline. We got to witness an incredible sunset and enjoy each other's company... Perfect way to end a perfect day.

He rode the carousel 3 times.

Nice and comfy.

Go faster Momma!

Idaho sunsets are spectacular.

Love his little profile

He melts my heart.
